BihFih was founded by two brothers, Issam and Ayoub, with a simple idea: food delivery should be fast, fair, and reliable for everyone.
The story starts in Tetouan, Morocco, where they grew up. Like many cities, food delivery was becoming part of everyday life, but as demand increased, so did the problems behind the scenes.
The idea first came from one of the brothers, Issam, who noticed how people around them were constantly struggling with the same issue: getting food delivered shouldn’t be this complicated.
At the time, customers had two main options, and neither was ideal.
Independent couriers were flexible but not always reliable. Customers often had to call multiple couriers just to find one available, with inconsistent pricing.
On the other hand, an international delivery app offered convenience, but at a high cost. Restaurants faced heavy commissions, sometimes up to 50%, forcing higher prices for customers while reducing restaurant profits.
That’s where BihFih comes in.

No inflated food prices. Customers pay the same as in the restaurant.
Fair delivery fees based only on distance, plus a small service fee.
